  • Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; internships, co-op experience, and relevant engineering projects will also be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as Lean and Six Sigma preferred
  • Ability to support quality investigations, process improvements, risk assessments, and manufacturing validations
