We're seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support quality performance across a complex industrial manufacturing operation. This position will develop and improve quality processes, investigate manufacturing issues, analyze quality data, and work directly with production and engineering teams to prevent defects and improve product consistency. The right candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline, along with hands-on quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline
3+ years of professional Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality Engineering experience
Experience working in a manufacturing, fabrication, industrial equipment, or similarly technical production environment
Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and corrective action
Working knowledge of FMEA, SPC, quality systems, inspection methods, and process control
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, technical documentation, and manufacturing requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail

This position is primarily office-based with regular interaction throughout an active manufacturing facility. The production environment is non-temperature-controlled and may include noise, dust, dirt, metal particles, machinery, and other typical industrial conditions. Appropriate PPE is required when entering production areas.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Travel: Travel is required for this position.
