Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures and systems to ensure full compliance with standards. Support Programme Management requirements and ensure quality flow-downs are properly implemented. Deliver training on quality processes and documentation to new and existing employees. Conduct detailed inspections using a range of measurement tools to verify product conformity. Assess and manage vendor compliance with quality expectations. Analyse quality data and provide guidance to maintain and improve standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and protocols. Working knowledge of AS9100 quality standards. Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T (ASME Y14.5). Experience using CMM and other inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
