Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for manufacturing, process, supplier, and customer quality issues. Partner with Operations, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to improve yield, process capability, and product quality. Utilize SPC, statistical analysis, and quality methodologies to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Review manufacturing controls, process changes, and quality systems to ensure compliance and process effectiveness.
