Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Performs set-up of molding processing equipment, skilled in using molding operation and testing the quality of the products. Skilled in PFMEA for molding process. Design of Experiments, Process characterization,continous improvements and problem solving skills.
Experience in medical devices manufacturing industry and knowledgeable in iso3485 standard . Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to identify yield problems or test new products. Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel
