Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description
- Monitor product and process performance to identify improvement opportunities and support quality objectives.
- Assist with regulatory, compliance, and certification-related activities.
- Analyze data and communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation to support operational and quality initiatives.
- Support quality management system requirements and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and standards to ensure product and operational excellence.
- Conduct evaluations, audits, and assessments to verify compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance performance, and achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance and training on quality standards, best practices, and process improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of experience in a quality-focused role within an ISO 9001-certified or similar regulated environment.
- Experience working within structured quality management systems and compliance-driven organizations.
- Experience developing, implementing, and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance principles, auditing practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience coordinating projects, tracking progress, and meeting established deadlines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts, issues, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve organizational goals.
