Job Description

Support and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Drive initiatives focused on product quality, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. Analyse quality data and identify opportunities for corrective and preventive action. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality-related issues. Lead or support root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions. Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards. Support supplier quality and customer quality programmes. Develop and monitor quality metrics to measure performance and identify trends. Promote continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies. Assist with documentation, process controls, and quality system enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer III should have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or a related technical discipline). 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar technical role. Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) and working within regulated manufacturing environments. Working knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and compliance requirements. Experience with supplier quality and customer quality processes. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in electronics, industrial manufacturing, precision manufacturing, or similar industries. Certification in Quality Engineering, Six Sigma, or related disciplines. Experience conducting audits and managing corrective action programmes. Advanced statistical analysis and quality improvement experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
