Our customer is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team, where you will play a key role in delivering high quality products! 


  • Lead root cause investigations and implement effective, long-term corrective actions to resolve product quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Partner with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns quickly and efficiently while protecting product integrity and safety.
  • Intervene in production when needed to prevent the release or manufacture of nonconforming products.
  • Support compliance with the Quality Management System and help ensure consistent adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
  • Champion customer-preferred continuous improvement tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke (error proofing), and Measurement System Analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and product changes to ensure processes are capable of consistently meeting customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Design and Process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
  • Support special projects and strategic quality initiatives as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance product quality, process performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare clear written reports and deliver presentations on quality issues, root cause findings, and corrective action progress.
  • Assist with internal audits and help maintain audit readiness across the organization.
