Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Elmore, Ohio (100% Onsite – 5 days/week)
Duration: 10–12+ months
Rate: DOE

Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve customer quality issues using structured root cause analysis methodologies
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support and maintain compliance with quality standards such as ISO9001, AS9100D, and ISO17025
- Participate in internal and external audits, documentation control, and calibration activities
- Work cross-functionally to improve manufacturing processes, yield, and efficiency
- Utilize ETQ (Enterprise Quality Management System) for tracking and managing quality processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
- Train team members on quality processes and best practices as needed
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a metals or materials production environment
- Hands-on experience with quality management systems (QMS)
- Experience with the ETQ system (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
