Description

This role focuses on elevating and refining quality systems, optimizing manufacturing processes, and enhancing product excellence within a dynamic lithium battery separator manufacturing environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain, to ensure products not only meet but exceed customer expectations while adhering to stringent regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. An ideal candidate will have experience with IATF 16949 ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 standards, combine analytical acumen with problem-solving prowess, and spearhead initiatives to drive continuous improvements that fuel product quality, streamline processes, and heighten customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include steadfast adherence to safety procedures and fostering a safety-first culture, pinpointing opportunities for enhancing product quality and efficiency, and continually assessing manufacturing process performance. You'll be responsible for analyzing quality data to discern trends and address improvement prospects, investigating product anomalies and customer grievances, supporting root cause analysis, and participating in validation and testing activities. Actively engage in Lean Manufacturing efforts and deploy quality tools like SPC, PFMEA, and fishbone diagrams to drive process optimization.

Expect to manage quality inspection schedules, maintain documentation accuracy, participate in audits and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
