Preferred Education

- Industrial Engineer
Required Experience
- 2+ years in Manufacturing Quality Engineering.
- Experience performing:
- Process audits
- Supplier audits
- Product inspections
- Corrective Action verification (CAPA)
- Root Cause Analysis
- First Article and dimensional inspections
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of composite materials manufacturing.
- Knowledge of pultrusion processes (preferred).
- GD&T interpretation.
- Blueprint and engineering drawing review.
- Metrology and dimensional inspection.
- Statistical process control (SPC).
- Nonconformance management.
Equipment Knowledge
Experience using:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Height gauges
- Tape measures
- Bore gauges (if applicable)
- Surface inspection tools
- Measurement recording and audit documentation systems
Audit Qualifications
Preferred familiarity with:
- ISO 9001
- Internal Process Audits
- Supplier Quality Audits
- Corrective Action Verification
- Manufacturing Process Assessments
Soft Skills
- Strong report writing.
- Customer-facing communication.
- Ability to work independently at supplier facilities.
- Capable of identifying process risks and improvement opportunities.
