Quality Engineer
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements, support customer requirements, and ensure compliance with ISO standards across plant operations. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and customers to solve problems, improve processes, and elevate product quality.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams on quality requirements and issues
Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Analyze and present data (SPC) to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with engineering on new product launches and validation processes
Monitor production through audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
Travel to customer/supplier sites as needed to resolve quality concerns
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
Experience with SPC, TQM, DOE, and continuous improvement (Kaizen)
Proven problem-solving skills in a production setting
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
