Job TitleQuality EngineerJob DescriptionPartner with engineering and operations teams to ensure designs meet quality and compliance standards. Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures and documentation. Support PMP requirements and ensure adherence to customer quality flow downs. Deliver training programs and materials related to quality processes. Monitor and drive continuous improvement of systems and operational processes. Ensure supplier/vendor compliance with internal quality standards. Analyze quality data and provide recommendations to maintain and enhance standards. Perform inspections using various tools and equipment to verify product conformance. Strong knowledge of AS9100 or comparable quality standards. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications. Hands-on experience with inspection tools, including CMM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
