    What will I be doing? 

    As our Quality & EHS Technician, you'll help set the standard for accuracy and safety across the facility. This role reports directly to the Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager. Your day-to-day will include: 

    Quality 

    • Setting the standard of accuracy for the use of all measuring equipment 

    • Performing, maintaining, and coordinating calibration of all measuring equipment 

    • Interpreting three-dimensional geometries using various manufacturing prints 

    • Performing audits of product dimensions and tolerances 

    • Recording and tracking audit findings to drive quality initiatives 

    • Creating, maintaining, and communicating quality statistics with operators and management 

    Environmental, Health & Safety 

    • Setting the standard of safety for all facility functions 

    • Performing, maintaining, and enforcing established EHS programs 

    • Maintaining EHS consumables inventory 

    • Supporting hazard reporting, safety audits, and OSHA compliance efforts 

    Your Profile: 

    • Eligible for hire within the United States of America 

    • High School graduate or equivalent 

    • 4 years of relevant education or work experience, with focus in areas such as print reading, inspection equipment, production documentation, and manufacturing safety programs (OSHA) 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) 

    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive, hands-on mindset
