    Description

    Premier Logitech located in Coppell, TX is hiring a fully on-site person to manage quality documentation, complete training and perform audits. This is an hourly paid position in which the individual will manage documentation for Quality processes, provide training and foster continuous improvement within the organization.
     
    Essential Responsibilities:

    Assists with creating and updating work instructions and trains Leads on new processes.

    Maintains all documentation related to ISO9001 certification, including policies, procedures, manuals, and records.

    Ensures all documentation is current, accurately filed, and accessible to relevant personnel.

    Creates and provides training to ensure employees comply with ISO9001 standards and company requirements.

    Conducts regular audits to verify adherence to procedures, work instructions and ISO 9001 standards.

    Assists in the preparation for external audits and certification renewals as needed.

    Monitors changes in procedures, work instructions, etc. and updates documentation and training materials accordingly

    Oversees and administers document lifecycle management.

    Schedules and conducts preliminary training for employees.

    Collaborates with managers to create or update work instructions.

    Identifies and suggests opportunities for process improvement, automation and streamlining of document control and training activities.

    Supports client quality requirements and quality initiatives as needed.

    Provides feedback tactfully and provides re-training to employees during observations and audits as needed.

    Organizes, categorizes, and maintains both physical and digital documents, including technical specifications, contracts, work instructions, training records, reports, and other relevant materials.
    Skills and Specifications Required:

    Completion of a High school diploma or equivalent

    One to three years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as client requirements, instructions and procedures

    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

    Ability to effectively use critical thinking skills in standardized situations

    Ability to multi-task and set priorities

    Ability to work with and be proficient in Office 365 software and various other office equipment

    Ability to present and effectively communicate information in small groups

    Knowledge of ISO standards
