    Quality Documentation Specialist (ERP Conversion Project)

    Location: Avon, OH

    We are partnering with a long-established advanced manufacturing organization with a 40+ year history of innovation and steady growth. What began in the mid-1980s with a small team and a handful of precision machines has evolved into a 200-employee, 165, 000 sq. Ft. Operation recognized for early adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and continuous investment in people, equipment, and process improvement.

    Today, the organization is part of a larger manufacturing network that continues to drive capital investment and operational advancement. As part of a major ERP transformation initiative, they are seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist to support critical system conversion efforts ahead of a year-end go-live.

    This role will be instrumental in converting, organizing, and validating Quality documentation and data into the new ERP system while ensuring accuracy, structure, and compliance across all records.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Support ERP conversion efforts focused on Quality documentation and data migration
    • Convert legacy quality reports, specifications, and controlled documents into standardized ERP formats
    • Analyze existing documentation structures to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and data integrity issues
    • Map and link quality data fields between legacy systems and the new ERP platform
    • Develop tracking tools to support documentation conversion, validation, and reconciliation
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate interpretation of specifications and quality requirements
    • Assist in developing and standardizing work instructions and quality documentation processes
    • Validate transferred data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
    • Maintain strong documentation control practices throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle

    Qualifications
    • 2+ years of experience in Quality, Documentation Control, Data Management, or related role (manufacturing environment preferred)
    • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experience with documentation systems, ERP platforms, or data migration projects strongly preferred
    • Ability to interpret technical specifications and structured quality documentation
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management tools
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a project environment
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams

    Preferred Experience
    • ERP implementation or system conversion experience
    • Manufacturing, industrial, or regulated quality environment exposure
    • Familiarity with standard work documentation and quality system processes
