    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Documentation Coordinator to support quality and shipping operations in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, preparing quality packets, tracking inspection equipment, entering information into company systems, and following up to ensure items are inspected, certified, and returned on schedule.

    The ideal candidate will have strong computer and Excel skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience working with databases and detailed records. A background in  quality, shipping, logistics, or manufacturing  is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and maintain quality documentation and inspection packets
    • Track gauges and other inspection equipment to ensure they are inspected, certified, and returned when required
    • Record inspection results and related information accurately into company systems
    • Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and Excel spreadsheets
    • Track items and follow up with internal departments and outside resources as needed
    • Pull and organize information from databases and other systems
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for quality and shipping activities
    • Assist with shipping-related tracking and documentation
    • Work on the manufacturing floor at times to gather information, verify items, and support quality processes
    • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
    • Communicate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and obtain needed information
    • Perform general data entry and administrative support related to quality operations

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in  quality, shipping, logistics, manufacturing, or a similar environment  preferred
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    • Experience working with databases and computerized record-keeping systems
    • Strong data entry and organizational skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to track multiple items and follow up to ensure completion
    • Ability to pull, review, and organize information
    • Strong communication and follow-up skills
    • Comfortable working both in an office environment and occasionally on the manufacturing floor
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
