Job Duties

• Inspect products for quality defects, review findings with supervisors, and help decide if products meet quality standards.
• Complete quality inspection reports, record measurements, document defects, and track inspection results accurately.
• Process customer returns, verify product condition, and record returned quantities and inspection outcomes.
• Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Follow company policies, maintain accurate records, and assist with additional quality control and warehouse duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

• 1 year of quality experience.
• Steel-toes.
• Computer skills.
• Must be able to measure garments.
• Must have a good visual sense of color.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of safety requirements for lifting and equipment maintenance.
• Basic math skills.
• Take initiative and be a good team player.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

What You Will Do

As a Quality Control Worker you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
