Summary:
Quality Control Technician responsible for inspecting and testing raw parts and components for advanced handheld X-ray devices. The role ensures products meet quality, performance, and regulatory standards through precise inspection, measurement, documentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming inspection of raw parts for multiple product lines.
- Inspect components to ensure they meet established quality requirements.
- Use hand measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges.
- Inspect small components using microscopes, tweezers, and gloves.
- Make accurate quality judgments based on visual and measurement indicators.
- Support testing and quality control activities for handheld X-ray devices.
- Balance multiple activities in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
- Identify quality issues and support problem-solving activities.
- Communicate activities, results, successes, and issues effectively at different organizational levels.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma.
- 0 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
