Description

Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a skilled Quality Technician for a key role in Auburn Hills, MI. 

Hours : Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, potential for OT on Saturdays Pay: $20.00-21.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

We're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our production team.

  • Inspect, handle, assemble, and package a variety of products according to quality standards, work instructions, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Inspect products for quality and defects. Complete light assembly and kitting as needed.
  • Package products according to customer specifications.
  • Follow work instructions and supervisor directions. 
  • Meet daily production goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to lift 15–30 lbs.
  • Ability to sit or stand while performing assigned tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good eyesight.
