Position Overview:
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing the New Coach Quality Control team to ensure every motorcoach is inspected, repaired, tested, and prepared in accordance with ABC Companies'' quality standards. This role oversees inspection activities, coordinates workflow, verifies repair quality, and ensures coaches are completed on schedule while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the New Coach Operations Manager and cross-functional teams, the Quality Control Supervisor promotes a culture of quality, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the inspection process.
