The Quality Control Supervisor will lead quality assurance and control efforts within a lab/manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement across processes, materials, and finished products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the QC laboratory, including team management, scheduling, and testing activities
Serve as the technical liaison between sites and support internal teams and customers
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards (FSSC, EFfCI, RSPO, etc.)
Oversee audits, including customer and regulatory inspections
Manage lab budget and quality programs (stability, sample retain, SOPs)
Review quality data, investigate non-conformances, and implement corrective actions
Approve final product batch release
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years leading QC, QA, or R&D teams in manufacturing
Experience in GMP-regulated environments
Experience with stability programs, Lean/Six Sigma, and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab)
Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000
