Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. The ideal candidate will oversee the quality control processes to ensure that products meet company and industry standards. This role involves supervising QC staff, implementing quality assurance procedures, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the quality control team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes.
• Identify quality issues and work with production teams to resolve them promptly.
• Train and mentor QC staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in quality control or quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
