Quality Control Specialist

What You'll Do: Quality Control Reviews Review new and updated member accounts, share accounts, and consumer loans, including indirect and collection loans. Additional Functions Assist with other quality control reviews, Internal Audit functions, and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Do: Quality Control Reviews Review new and updated member accounts, share accounts, and consumer loans, including indirect and collection loans. Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation and information entered in the Credit Union's systems. Ensure reviewed activity complies with Credit Union Guidelines, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Use applicable reports and systems to confirm required documentation is accounted for. Complete assigned reviews within established timeframes. Error Tracking and Follow-Up Document and communicate errors, missing information, and required corrections. Maintain accurate records of errors and outstanding items. Monitor outstanding items and verify corrections are completed. Process error notifications and research requests. Identify and escalate recurring errors, trends, or concerns requiring additional review. Provide regular updates on review activity and outstanding items. Additional Functions Assist with other quality control reviews, Internal Audit functions, and special projects as assigned. Follow applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, and adhere to Robins Financial Credit Union policies, procedures, and standards.
