Quality Control Specialist

Our client, a medical device and healthcare technology company, is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Control Laboratory supporting microbiology and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Specialist
Location: El Paso, TX
Pay Range: $26/hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Collect and analyze environmental samples in the lab
• Maintain laboratory documentation, records, and trending data
• Support validations, deviations, and quality investigations
• Ensure compliance with lab safety and regulatory standards

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or related Science
• 1–3 years of microbiology or laboratory experience
• Experience with microbiological testing and lab procedures
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Understanding of lab safety and quality systems
