Job Summary The Quality Control Scientist is responsible for testing samples from manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality standards and cGMP guidelines. This role involves aseptic practices, documentation, equipment maintenance, and use of QC software systems to support laboratory operations and product integrity. Key Responsibilities T est manufacturing samples using applicable assays and aseptic practices Maintain testing schedules and reagent supply levels Complete documentation in compliance with cGMP guidelines Clean and maintain equipment, instrumentation, and laboratory facilities Follow Zoetis Quality Standards, policies, and procedures Provide input for investigations and minimal project support Use QC software including MODA EM and zLIMS/SAP systems Perform pipette work and prepare media/reagents Conduct media fill inspections and equipment monitoring Follow safety practices in all laboratory activities Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (preferred) Strong attention to detail and adherence to cGMP standards Ability to work with QC software systems and laboratory instrumentation Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology quality control environments Familiarity with MODA EM, zLIMS, and SAP systems Certifications (if any) None required; laboratory safety training preferred Education: Associate's Degree
