Key Responsibilities
- Repack & Sorting (80% of workload): Sort, group, and repack items accurately into boxes, plastic containers, and polybags according to client specifications and procedures.
- Quality Inspection (20% of workload): Conduct visual, electrical, and mechanical quality checks on incoming and outgoing products using basic measuring equipment.
- Rework: Perform minor reworks on non-conforming items per provided instructions.
- Instruction & Compliance: Read and follow step-by-step instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and direct guidance from leadership.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep packing stations and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and clear of debris.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Comfortable performing routine, high-volume sorting and repacking tasks.
- Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude to perform straightforward inspections with measuring tools.
