I'm partnering with a growing manufacturer in the Triad to identify a Quality Control Manager to lead laboratory operations, strengthen compliance programs, and develop a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who thrives in a hands-on leadership role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team of laboratory technicians while overseeing day-to-day QC operations.
Ensure compliance with quality systems, laboratory procedures, electronic records requirements, and ISO standards.
Drive process improvements, investigations, documentation, and audit readiness.
Partner with operations, quality assurance, and product development teams to support business growth.
Serve as a hands-on leader who can mentor staff, solve problems, and build strong team engagement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
Experience leading teams in a laboratory, quality, or regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of LIMS, electronic records, compliance, and quality management systems.
Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, chemicals, consumer products, or other regulated industries preferred.
A collaborative, servant-leadership style with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
