Quality Control Manager, Structural Steel - Kettering

Lead quality at a structural steel fabricator serving the Kettering, OH area. As Quality Control Manager, you'll run weld inspection, NDT, documentation, and code compliance for the fabrication shop.

Responsibilities:

• Build and run inspection plans, QC documentation, and NCR/corrective action
• Hold all work to AWS D1.1/D1.5, AISC certification, and project specifications
• Coordinate with production, steel erectors, project managers, and third-party inspectors
• Perform weld inspection and NDT and oversee the inspection team

Requirements:

• UT Level II preferred
• 8+ years of quality control in steel fabrication
• CWI certification
