Quality Control Manager - Steel Fab Shop

Quality is the whole job here. A structural steel fabricator serving the Springboro, OH area is hiring a Quality Control Manager to lead weld inspection, NDT, and code and certification compliance.

You'll be responsible for:

• Weld inspection and NDT, performing it yourself and overseeing others
• Coordinating with project managers, production, steel erectors, and third-party inspectors
• Inspection plans, QC records, and NCR/corrective action
• Keeping work compliant with AWS D1.1/D1.5, AISC certification, and project specifications

Qualifications:

• CWI certification
• 8+ years of quality control experience in steel fabrication
• UT Level II preferred
