Quality Control Manager | Steel Bridge Fab (Relocation to Columbia, MO)

Relocation required: this role is on-site in Columbia, Missouri. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Based near Kansas City today? Relocate to Columbia, MO and lead QC for a steel bridge fabrication shop—weld inspection, documentation, and bridge-code compliance included.

What you will do:

• Lead and perform weld inspection and NDT coverage across bridge steel production
• Maintain compliance with AWS D1.5, AISC requirements, and project specifications
• Build and run inspection plans, quality documentation, and NCR/corrective action
• Coordinate with production, project managers, and third-party inspectors

What you bring:

• Must be willing to relocate to Columbia, MO
• UT Level II
• CWI certification
• 8+ years in steel fabrication QC
• Hands-on experience with AWS D1.5 bridge steel fabrication quality
