Position SummaryEthic Tech, LLC is seeking an Electronic Security Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee the testing, inspection, and compliance of electronic security systems-such as access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems-to ensure installations meet strict quality and contract standards. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesQuality Program Management: Develop and implement Quality Control Plans (QCP) and procedures for the installation, testing, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems (ESS). System Inspections: Conduct routine site inspections and internal audits to verify that work adheres to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturer guidelines. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to commercial building codes, ISO standards, or federal/Department of Defense (DoD) contract specifications. Defect Tracking: Identify non-conformances, lead root-cause analyses, and enforce effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with project managers, subcontractors, and clients or government representatives to communicate quality expectations and resolve discrepancies. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and commercial construction or government contracting environments. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Preferred credentials include NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) in Fire Alarm or Electronic Security Systems, or ASQ (American Society for Quality) certifications. Requires an active U.S. Government Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
