Quality Control ManagerLead impactful USACE projects across the East Coast.The responsibilities of a Quality Control Manager (QCM):Manage and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans on federal construction projects.Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards.Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Serve as the primary quality representative with government agencies, subcontractors, and project teams.Lead quality meetings and maintain accurate records of inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions.Monitor project execution to ensure work meets federal and client standards.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Safety Officers, and field teams.Support construction projects ranging from renovations and facility upgrades to ground-up federal facilities.Travel to project sites throughout the DC Metro region and other East Coast locations as needed.Utilize USACE quality management processes and related project management software.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
