Quality Control Manager

Job Description

Lead all Quality Control activities for a $154M federal design-build project
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate inspections, testing, documentation, and corrective actions
Partner with project leadership, subcontractors, and government stakeholders
Maintain quality programmes throughout demolition, construction, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Control Manager should have:

10+ years of construction experience
5+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager (QCM)
Proven federal construction project experience
Ability to pass background screening and drug testing requirements
