Position requires independent judgment and initiative. Incumbent will be responsible for carrying out decisions and direction of the Vice President/CEO. Can influence strategic direction of overall product quality by effectively communicating process improvements and providing guidance to production, managers, customers, and suppliers

Responsible for continual process improvement and defect reduction. Manages, monitors, and drives preventive and corrective actions to closure. Develops manages and implements documentation for quality processes and auditing activities to ensure process compliance with ISO and other internal requirements. Manages RMA's, Documentation management,  ISO 9001:2015, RoHS & REACH, Conflict Minerals, supplier audits/surveys, PPAP's, FAIR's, government regulations, ITAR, CMMC level II implementation, Off-Shore-Board quality, customer reporting, and any quality related function. Provides technical QA support and guidance to inspectors, and other organizations. Acts as customer advocate in relaying customer needs and expectations. Performs internal calibrations on key equipment, and maintains database.
