Quality Control Manager | Bridge Fabrication QC

Quality professionals near Mexico, MO: a bridge steel fabricator in the region is looking for a Quality Control Manager to own its QC program, from inspection plans and NDT to AWS D1.5 sign-off.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee weld inspection and NDT across every stage of bridge steel production
• Write and manage inspection and test plans, QC records, and NCR/corrective action
• Serve as the main quality contact for production, project managers, and outside inspectors
• Keep shop work compliant with AWS D1.5, AISC requirements, and project specs

Requirements:

• Current CWI certification
• 8+ years of QC experience in steel fabrication
• UT Level II
• Proven quality experience on AWS D1.5 bridge steel fabrication
