Salary: $98,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us:
Founded more than four decades ago and based in Essex Junction, Vermont, we are an FAA-, EASA-, and UK CAA-approved Part 145 component overhaul and repair station serving regional jet and commercial aircraft operators around the world. We overhaul and repair components across environmental control, electrical power, pneumatic, fuel, and hydraulic systems, and we've built our reputation on fast turn times, engineered repair and replacement parts programs that meaningfully lower our customers' maintenance costs, and workmanship our customers don't have to second-guess. Every technician who joins us completes full OEM factory familiarization training on the components we service, and continuing education is a standing expectation, not a perk. We're a tight, technically deep team, and we understand that behind every unit on our bench is an aircraft that needs to get back in the air safely.
Why join us?
Competitive Compensation: Up to $117,000 base salary (DOE) + bonus potential
401(k) with Company Match Up to 6%
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance
Paid Vacation & Sick Time
Ownership From Day One: Own the quality function end-to-end — QMS, audits, certifications, and the inspection team — rather than administering someone else's system
Technical Depth: Work in an FAA/EASA/UK CAA-approved Part 145 environment with engineered parts and repair development happening in-house
Stability: An established repair station with 30+ years of continuous FAA-authorized U.S. operations
