Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards before they are released to customers.
Duties:
- Perform thorough inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and equipment
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement
- Inspect and test products at various stages of the production process
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Follow established protocols for quality control and assurance
- Familiarity with fabricating processes and techniques
Pay is $30.00 - $34.00
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field
- Knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices
- Familiarity with AS9100
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments effectively
- Knowledge of GDT
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- 5 years minimum experience in mechanical inspection
