Quality Control Inspector
Now Hiring! We are looking for a detail-oriented
Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Morgan Hill, California. This position plays an important role in ensuring that our cable, harness, electrical, and electro-mechanical assemblies meet customer specifications and high standards for quality.
Pay: $19.00-$24.00
Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm
Position Responsibilities- Inspect incoming materials, components, in-process assemblies, and finished products.
- Verify products against engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and customer requirements.
- Use inspection tools and measuring equipment to verify dimensions and workmanship.
- Identify, document, and communicate quality issues or nonconformances.
- Support production teams in resolving quality concerns and preventing defects.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
- Participate in corrective and preventive action activities as needed.
- Follow established quality procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure products meet requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify workmanship and dimensional issues.
- Familiarity with inspection and measurement tools preferred.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience with cable/harness assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, or electronics manufacturing is a plus.
