E-Merge Resources LLC is seeking dependable Quality Inspectors for a manufacturing assignment in Marysville, OH. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Pay: 17.00/hourly
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of manufactured parts and components
- Identify defects and products that do not meet quality standards
- Sort and separate acceptable and non-conforming parts
- Follow established inspection procedures and work instructions
- Maintain accurate counts and documentation as required
- Report quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
- Perform additional quality inspection or sorting duties as assigned
Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive inspection and sorting tasks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation to the Vonore, TN area
- Ability to meet established quality and productivity expectations
- Must meet required pre-employment and onboarding requirements
Experience: Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
