Quality Control Specialist - Join Our Dedicated Team!
Step into a vital role where your attention to detail helps ensure the highest quality standards for our products. As a Quality Control Specialist, you'll be the key guardian of product integrity, working primarily on the 2pm - 10:30pm shift. After an initial 30-60 day training period on the 1st shift, you'll transition to your regular second shift schedule, with occasional opportunities to cover night shifts and weekends as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong observational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to follow standardized inspection procedures accurately
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable working independently and maintaining focus during shift hours
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with quality control software or data entry systems
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in quality control or manufacturing environment preferred
Other Requirements:
