Leverage your experience to perform product audits, analyze defect trends, and lead interdisciplinary initiatives for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include establishing, maintaining, and optimizing quality standards and processes. Engage in process audits, prepare quality documentation, and manage internal and client-related quality concerns. Mentor new engineers, drive packaging quality trials, and create performance reports to identify and implement improvement plans.
