Quality Control Engineer (In-coming, In-Process, & Outgoing Inspections) 12-Month W2 Contract
Location: Onsite in Findlay Township, PA
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Type: W2 Contractor (Hourly, Non-Exempt)
About the Role
This role supports a high-tech manufacturing environment focused on power conversion and energy storage products. The Quality Control Engineer will ensure that incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and outgoing products consistently meet required quality and regulatory standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining product reliability by working closely with suppliers, production teams, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Incoming Quality Control
- Conduct inspections using visual and dimensional methods.
- Partner with supplier quality teams to resolve issues and drive corrective actions.
- Document all inspection results and manage non-conformance records.
In-Process Quality Control- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify deviations and support timely corrective actions during manufacturing.
- Verify compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine audits and inspections to validate process controls.
- Develop and refine in-process quality protocols and inspection procedures.
Outgoing Quality Control- Inspect and witness testing of finished products prior to shipment.
- Conduct final quality checks including visual inspection, dimensional verification, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with production teams to address product-level quality concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing inspections and non-conformances.
- Prepare quality documentation required for customer reviews and regulatory audits.
Required Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
Preferred Qualifications- 3 5 years of experience in quality control or inspection within manufacturing.
- Background in power conversion, inverter technology, or electrical industries
