Quality Control Dimensional Inspect

Responsibilities: for the Quality Control Dimensional Inspector include: Perform dimensional inspections on tight-tolerance, high-value manufactured components Program, set up, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to verify product compliance Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements Develop and maintain quality control plans and inspection documentation Support manufacturing and quality assurance efforts throughout production and development processes Required Qualifications for the Quality Control Dimensional Inspector include: 5+ years of experience in dimensional inspection and CMM programming Hands-on experience with CMM operation, setup, and inspection methodologies Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Experience interpreting engineering drawings and inspecting precision components with tight tolerances High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience Active Top Secret Clearance or DOE Q Clearance Qualifications: for the Quality Control Dimensional Inspector include: 5+ years of experience in dimensional inspection and CMM programming Hands-on experience with CMM operation, setup, and inspection methodologies Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Experience interpreting engineering drawings and inspecting precision components with tight tolerances High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience Active Top Secret Clearance or DOE Q Clearance.
