    Description

    Position: Quality Control / Data Entry Clerk
    Location: Irving, TX
    Job Type: Temporary / Contract
    Schedule: Monday–Friday | On-site | 8am-5pm


    A well-established organization in the Irving, TX area is seeking a Data Entry Clerka to support an upcoming six-week project.

    This is a fully on-site, Monday–Friday position within a collaborative, fast-paced, and upbeat work environment. We are looking for dependable professionals who are comfortable working with a high volume of information while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    • Enter and update information accurately within company systems and databases
    • Review data for accuracy and completeness
    • Maintain organized electronic records
    • Identify and correct data entry errors
    • Assist with project-related administrative tasks as needed
    • Meet established daily productivity and accuracy expectations
    • Maintain confidentiality when handling company information
    Qualifications

    • Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred
    • Strong typing and computer skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
    • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Dependable and able to work on-site Monday through Friday
    • Must be available to begin October 8, 2026 and commit to the duration of the approximately six-week project
