In this Quality Control Coordinator – Architectural / Design Document QC opportunity in Las Vegas, NV, you’ll help ensure design intent translates smoothly into the field through rigorous QA/QC, coordination, and constructability support.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Coordinator – Architectural / Design Document QC position include:
- 4+ years of residential or hospitality architectural experience in architecture, homebuilding, or hands-on construction
- Coordinate and support QA/QC workflows for architectural drawings, specifications, and other construction deliverables across multiple projects
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and consultant drawings for coordination, consistency, discrepancies, and design gaps
- Assist with BIM clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems
- Track and support RFIs, field bulletins, and submittals to ensure timely, complete responses
- Support construction administration by serving as a design compliance resource for project teams during construction
- Participate in milestone field visits with the Construction QA/QC team to verify compliance with project design requirements
- Provide support with AutoCAD and Revit drawing production and other architectural document preparation
Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year, not bonus eligible; commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Benefits begin the 1st of the month after hire; 401(k) begins after 3 months with 50% match up to 6%; flexible time off, 10 paid holidays, and 2 paid VTO days.
