1st Shift    7AM - 3PM
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>
2nd Shift  3PM -11PM  (Plus 10% differential for 2nd shift)<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

 
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Inspect and verify incoming materials and components against specifications 
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Detect and prevent defects or inconsistencies in the assembly line and collaborate with production teams for corrective actions
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to supervisors and production staff
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure all measuring equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Accurately document all inspection activities, non -conformances, and corrective actions in quality management systems
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Manager to refine inspection processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in quality control or a related field is preferred
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 2+ years of experience in quality within a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably with electric products
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with projection and quality teams
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Knowledge in calibration and equipment maintenance
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs<\/span><\/span>
