We are seeking an experienced Quality & Commissioning Manager to lead and grow our data center construction team across the Midwest.  As a Quality & Commissioning Manager for The Boldt Company - Data Center team you will be responsible for Leading the quality assurance and quality control program for large-scale, hyperscale data center projects, this role has direct influence on how work is planned, installed, inspected, and turned over to meet demanding client expectations, owner standards, and mission-critical performance requirements. Working at the center of production, safety, commissioning, and trade partner coordination, the Quality & Commissioning Manager helps drive proactive issue resolution, reduce rework, and strengthen execution across the full project lifecycle. The anticipated salary range for this position is $167,353.33 - $192,086.67 annually. This range reflects anticipated base salary based on current market data. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Controls, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality and Commissioning management in large-scale construction, with at least 3 years on mission-critical/ hyperscale data center projects required.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and specifications (ICC, NFPA, AISC, ASHRAE, IEEE, NEC, etc.).
• NFPA 70E Certification (Arch Flash training)
• OSHA 30
• Familiarity with owner standards and requirements for hyperscale clients (Meta, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.).
• Proficiency with construction management software (Autodesk Forma, BIM 360, Bluebeam, CMiC).
• Willingness to travel and maintain regular onsite presence across the country.

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager, AWS-CWI (current)
• First Aid/ CPR Certification
