We are seeking an experienced Quality & Commissioning Manager to lead and grow our data center construction team across the Midwest. As a Quality & Commissioning Manager for The Boldt Company - Data Center team you will be responsible for Leading the quality assurance and quality control program for large-scale, hyperscale data center projects, this role has direct influence on how work is planned, installed, inspected, and turned over to meet demanding client expectations, owner standards, and mission-critical performance requirements. Working at the center of production, safety, commissioning, and trade partner coordination, the Quality & Commissioning Manager helps drive proactive issue resolution, reduce rework, and strengthen execution across the full project lifecycle. This role is an opportunity to shape project outcomes, build trusted client relationships, develop high-performing quality teams, and reinforce Boldt’s culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement on projects that define the future of digital infrastructure.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $167,353.33 - $192,086.67 annually. This range reflects anticipated base salary based on current market data. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
