Quality Clerk

Position Summary:

The Quality Clerk is responsible for supporting quality assurance processes by maintaining accurate records, auditing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize quality-related records and documentation.
• Review production paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and track quality data in spreadsheets and company systems.
• Assist with audits, investigations, and corrective action documentation.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production teams.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards, procedures, and work instructions.
• Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality projects.

• Strong computer skills
• Great written and oral communications skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Develop 360-degree communication with peers and all associates
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to be on your feet 8/10 hours
• Mandatory Overtime
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, which may include varying temperatures
• Prior warehouse/production experience preferred
