Roles Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance, Training & Change Management Analyst to support the successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions across the organization.

This role is responsible for quality assurance execution, user acceptance testing coordination, training development, change management activities, release readiness, and user adoption initiatives supporting platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.

The Analyst operates at the intersection of technology delivery, governance, business process improvement, and end-user enablement, ensuring system enhancements are thoroughly tested, effectively communicated, properly documented, and successfully adopted.

This role balances: Quality assurance and testing execution; Training and user enablement; Change management and communications; Governance and compliance support; Release readiness and deployment support; Continuous improvement and adoption measurement.

Core Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance & Testing
Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases for new system implementations and enhancements.
Validate business requirements and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders.
Track and manage defects and verify production readiness.
Ensure adherence to QA standards and methodologies.

2. Training & User Enablement
Develop training materials, user guides, job aids, and process documentation.
Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
Support onboarding and user adoption initiatives.
Maintain knowledge repositories and training content.

3. Change Management & Communications
Support change management planning and execution.
Develop communication strategies for deployments and enhancements.
Conduct readiness assessments and identify adoption risks.
Coordinate stakeholder communications and feedback collection.

4. Release Management & Deployment Support
Participate in release planning and deployment readiness reviews.
Support go-live activities, communications, validation, and stabilization efforts.

5. Governance, Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, audit, and documentation standards.
Support SOX controls, audit evidence gathering, and quality reviews.

6. Metrics & Continuous Improvement
Track quality, adoption, training, and release metrics.
Analyze trends and recommend improvements to processes and governance practices.
 
Qualifications
Experience
3–6 years of experience in QA, Change Management, Business Systems Support, Training, Business Analysis, or related IT roles.
Experience supporting enterprise applications and structured SDLC environments.

Technical Expertise
SDLC, QA methodologies, UAT, Release Management, Change Management, Documentation, and Training Delivery.
Experience supporting Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and related enterprise platforms.

Certifications (Preferred)
Prosci Change Management Certification
ISTQB Foundation
ITIL Foundation
Salesforce Associate or equivalent

Soft Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

Compensation 
  • Base Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year 
  • Annual Bonus: 5% of base salary, based on company and individual performance
